Brown & Brown has an immediate opening for an Employee Benefits Producer, based in Orange, CA. We are seeking an enthusiastic sales representative to generate new business production through the sale of Employee Benefits Insurance. Qualified applicants will have the ability to manage schedules, set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing benefit packages, and present solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients. Income potential is unlimited. Initial compensation during the first two years of employment includes base salary plus commission on new business. After validation, compensation includes commission on new and renewal business.
Requirements:
* Must have strong interest in business to business sales and in developing a career within the employee benefits field.
* Must be a self starter with the ability to create, develop and break relationships with existing brokers.
* At least 3 to 5 years of insurance knowledge.
